Mark Rutkiewicz, Consiliso Founder and Innovize Vice President of Quality, will appear on two panels at the MDM Minneapolis show on Wednesday 10/31/2108 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
The first panel session (8:30 am), Using Cross-Pollination to Drive Medtech Smart Manufacturing, will show you how innovations in materials, the convergence of technologies, and the global supply chain are changing face of medical device manufacturing. Mark will be providing his unique perspective of how technologies have changes the industry over the last 30 years.
During the second session (1:30 pm), Using the FDA’s Case for Quality to Reduce Production Inefficiencies, the four panelists discuss their experiences in the FDA’s Case for Quality program and insights on the CMMI Discovery Appraisal pilot program. By signing up for this pilot program, medical device manufacturers can build a real competitive advantage through regulatory activity cost and time savings. The FDA is offering significant incentives, so now is the time to get involved in this pilot program. Mark, as an industry representative, and contract manufacturer Innovize participated in the initial proof of concept with the FDA and have been at the forefront of driving this initiative.
Mark (and free copies of his book, Medical Device Company in a Box: The Case for Consiliso) will be available throughout the day at the Innovize booth (#2218). Come and see us!
